Q: Where are the clothes made?

The majority of our styles are made from start to finish in New Hampshire. There are select garments that are made in India, as we work closely with a manufacturer there that excels in a variety of dying and embroidery techniques. For any further inquiries regarding this topic feel free to email shop@kristalarson.com as we are happy to discuss!

Q: Where can I find product sizing information?

While all of our garments are “one size” fits most, we do have specific product sizing for each piece. Product sizing is listed in the description of each garment on the website. The measurements provided are: chest, waist, and length, as well as the estimated size.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if the order has not shipped, please reach out to us at shop@kristalarson.com or call to cancel or change your order.

Q: Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, if the order has not shipped, please reach out to us at shop@kristalarson.com or call to add expedited shipping cost.

Q: What is your shipping process/cost? Do you ship internationally?

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. We typically ship using USPS priority mail unless you specify a different shipping preference. Shipping cost is a flat rate depending on the number of garments purchased – and orders over $1,000 ship free via UPS! Yes, we do ship internationally! We have a flat rate of $75 for international shipping but will refund the difference if it does come out to cost less. ☺

Q: What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do honor returns within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Your return must also include a RA# on the package, so please get in touch with us at shop@kristalarson.com to ensure this process is completed fully!
