We recommend dry cleaning for almost every garment. This insures the sizing and integrity of the fabric, garment and buttons.
The majority of our styles are made from start to finish in New Hampshire. There are select garments that are made in India, as we work closely with a manufacturer there that excels in a variety of dying and embroidery techniques. While all of our garments are “one size” fits most, we do have specific product sizing for each piece. Product sizing is listed in the description of each garment on the website. The measurements provided are: chest, waist, and length, as well as the estimated size.

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. We typically ship using USPS priority mail unless you specify a different shipping preference. Shipping cost is a flat rate depending on the number of garments purchased – and orders over $1,000 ship free via UPS!
Yes, we do ship internationally! We have a flat rate of $75 for international shipping but will refund the difference if it does come out to cost less. ☺
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do honor returns within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Your return must also include a RA# on the package, so please get in touch with us at shop@kristalarson.com to ensure this process is completed fully!
Yes! Custom ordering is an option for current season colors, fabrics, & styles. We will work closely with you to select the perfect style and fabric & create your custom order. All custom orders are not returnable and require a 50% non refundable deposit prior to production.
